The golden Tiger

Concept: The Jade Emperor organized a race to assign each animal a place in the zodiac. Perched on the ox’s back, the rat came first. The ox was second, and the tiger third.
The tiger is among the most feared of the animals. It stands out in its natural habitat, as the stripes on its forehead form the character for ‚king‘ ?. Charismatic, brave, and audacious, the tiger is seen to protect children and wealth. It wards off evil spells and is a symbol of power.

The tiger is at the heart of a lush jungle. Its brilliant, striped orange colour contrasts with the intense green hues of the flora that surrounds it. It lurks on a bed of flowers and leaves not far from a stream, created by a millefiori formed of multiple motifs that represent the diversity of its natural habitat. The clear crystal base of the millefiori let the light pass through the bonbons to reveal all its magic.
Bamboo sprouts stand forth in relief above the crystal orb, covering up the mischievous tiger. On the golden version, bamboos, which are hand-painted from 24-karat gold, are added. The Saint-Louis 2022 vintage is visible inside, at the heart of the millefiori.
