Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope, Customer Information
The following General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Monika Flemming and
Peter Pommerencke, farfalla-Paperweights, and consumers who purchase goods through our online store. The language of the contract is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
(1) The offers on the Internet constitute a non-binding invitation to you to purchase goods.
(2) After entering your data and clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You may also place a binding order by telephone or fax. The confirmation of receipt of your order, which is sent immediately by email or fax, does not yet constitute acceptance of the purchase offer.
(3) We are entitled to accept your offer within 3 business days by sending an order confirmation via email. Upon the fruitless expiration of the period specified in sentence 1, your offer is deemed rejected, i.e., you are no longer bound by your offer. In the case of a telephone order, the purchase contract is concluded when we accept your offer immediately. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are no longer bound by it.

§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of Your Order Data
We store your order along with details of the contract entered into (e.g., product type, price, etc.). However, you do not have access to your past orders via the Internet. We will send you the Terms and Conditions, but you can also view them at any time on our website. If you wish to save the product description on our shop page for your own purposes, you can, for example, take a screenshot at the time of ordering or, alternatively, print the entire page.

§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice
You can correct your entries at any time before submitting the order using the delete key. We will inform you of further correction options as you proceed through the ordering process. You can also completely exit the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Right of Return
As a consumer, we grant you a right of return instead of a right of withdrawal when purchasing goods for delivery. Please refer to the return policy for details regarding the right of return.

§ 6 Retention of Title
The purchased item remains our property until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Statute of Limitations on Your Warranty Claims
Your claims for defects in used goods expire one year after the sold item is delivered to you. Excluded from this provision are claims for damages, claims for defects that we fraudulently concealed, and claims arising from a warranty that we have assumed regarding the quality of the item. The statutory limitation periods apply to these excluded claims.
